Configuration: Countries
Use the Countries screen to activate or deactivate Responsible Marketing logic for each Country code in the system. This functionality enables you to apply or turn off Responsible Marketing logic for any customer assigned to those countries. For details regarding Responsible Marketing, see the Responsible Marketing Overview topic.
To open the Countries screen, from anywhere within IntelliDealer and navigate to Configuration > CRM > Profile > Countries
from the drop down list.
Responsible Marketing is mandatory for Canadian customers and cannot be deactivated.
The search fields on the Countries screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Sort By | Sorts the country codes listed based on the Code or Description. |
Select Code | Allows you to search for a country by code. |
Select Description | Allows you to search for a country by description. |
The fields on the Countries screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Code | The two digit code assigned to the selected country. |
Description | The full name of the country. |
Use Responsible Marketing |
Indicates whether Responsible Marketing logic enabled for the selected country code.

Opted Out Run |
Note: This field only applies to countries for which Responsible Marketing has been enabled. Indicates whether the Click here to opt out all contacts who have not provided explicit consent option on the Edit Country screen has been run for the selected country code. When the Click here to opt out all contacts who have not provided explicit consent option is selected, contacts for any customers assigned to the selected country who have not explicitly consented to receiving marketing emails are automatically opted out. |
