General - Interfaces

Use the General - Interfaces screen to set contact information for your dealership that is shared with all similar fields in the Interface configuration screens.

Fields on the General - Interfaces screen are:

Field	Description
Company Name	The name of your company. The information stored in this field automatically populates similar fields in the specific interface configuration screens.
From EMail	The email address that all outgoing communications from your dealership are shown to be sent from. The information stored in this field automatically populates similar fields in the specific Interface configuration screens.
To EMail	The email address that all incoming communications are sent to when interfaces are trying to inform your dealership of issues with their software or your connection. The information stored in this field automatically populates similar fields in the specific interface configuration screens.
Time Zone	The time zone that the JDPRISM interface follows when completing scheduled file extractions.
Write interface output to logs	If selected, more detailed information regarding the interface outputs is written to the system log files.

Click Save to save the settings recorded on the General - Interfaces screen.

Click Close to complete your work on the General - Interfaces screen.
