General - Interfaces

Use the General screen to set contact information for your dealership that is shared with all similar fields in the Interface configuration screens.

To access the General screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > General.

Fields on the General - Interfaces screen are:

Field	Description
Company Name	The name of your company. The information stored in this field automatically populates similar fields on specific interface configuration screens.
To Email Address	The email address that incoming communications are sent to when interfaces are trying to inform your dealership of issues with their software or your connection. The information stored in this field automatically populates similar fields on specific interface configuration screens.
From Email Address	The email address that outgoing communications from your dealership are shown to be sent from. The information stored in this field automatically populates similar fields on specific interface configuration screens.
Time Zone	The time zone that the JDPRISM interface follows when completing scheduled file extractions.

Click Save to save the settings recorded on the General - Interfaces screen.
