Exceptions Report

When accounting entries encounter various exceptions, use the Exceptions Report screen to review those exceptions and see how they may be resolved within IntelliDealer.

Click on a listed exception to open the Exception Event Details screen.

From this screen you can edit individual Exception Events and flag resolved exceptions as Completed.

The fields on the Exception Event Details screen are:

Field Description
Stock Number The stock number of the item that has the exception.
From Location / To Location The location that the item originated from, and its destination.
Event Date The date the exception was identified.
Reference Number A number used to identify the exception.
Event Description A description of the event.
Recommended Resolution Provides recommendations on how to resolve the exception.
Equipment Cost at Exception Event How much the equipment was worth at the time of the exception event.
Reference System The part of the IntelliDealer system the exception event occurred in.
Reference Location The location associated with the exception event.
Exception Event Status
Completed Select this checkbox when you have resolved the exception.
Notes You can enter any notes regarding the exception in this field.
