Add Second Technician
To open the Add Second Technician window, tap the Add Technician 
icon on the Logged On screen.
Use the Add Second Technician window to add a technician to the selected work order segment when assistance is required. You can search for a technician using keywords, or by location.
To search for a technician by location, click the filter icon 
, then choose a location from the drop down list.

To further refine the results, use the keyword search.
The field on the Add Second Technician window is:

To add a second technician to the segment, simply tap the desired technician. The Logged On screen appears displaying the additional technician.
