Segment Information
To open the Segment Information window, tap the Segment 
icon on the Logged On screen.
The Segment Information window displays the Description, Complaint, Cause and Correction information associated to the selected segment.
The fields on the Segment Information window are:

The existing description, complaint, cause, or correction associated to the segment. |
| Add to description/ complaint/ cause/ correction |
The information that will be added to the existing segment description, complaint, cause, or correction. |
To update the Description, Complaint, Cause or Correction on the segment, select the option you want to change, enter the desired information in the dialog box and tap the Update button. The updated information is added to the segment.
