Issue: The user gets a notification about an empty value in one of the fields when submitting the Add Customer form, but the field is missing from the screen.

Solution: Fixed a race condition where the data required to display certain mandatory fields on the screen was received after the form was rendered.

DS-23300

Issue: Search by stock number was case sensitive, so the user could not find records if they used the wrong case.

Solution: Made the stock number field case insensitive on both mobile app and middleware so it correctly searches records.

LA-1451

Issue: When the user was about to continue an inspection, the verbiage on the button stayed Start instead of Edit.

Solution: Corrected the way the system identifies if an inspection was started and correctly presents it to the user.

Feature: Added VitalEngage Text to IDMA so users can communicate with opt-in clients.

Enhancement: General bug fixes and performance improvements.

Feature: Technicians can now access and complete InspectionPlus inspections linked to traffic using IDMA.

LA-1652

Enhancement: Added media required based on the step response evaluation. The system evaluates the user response on the inspection step, and when configured to do so, requires them to add media files to the step.

Issue: The user was unable to see the full text when the content scrolled on multiple lines while viewing/editing, or adding information on various screens.

Solution: Fixed the multiline inputs by adjusting the size and alignment of field content, and improved scrolling for ease of navigation through content.

DS-22977

Issue: The IDMA Android application crashed on application start.

Solution: Updated release build configuration for Android by disabling debug message optimization.

DS-22823

Issue: On an iOS device, the IDMA Call History page shows only one line of text in the description, even when more content is available.

Solution: Made a correction so that all content displays.

DS-22817

Issue: IDMA and ID work differently when adding or updating parts in the inventory count. When viewing inventory count in IDMA, only the verified parts are shown and when a new part is added or a quantity is updated only that part gets verified.

Solution: Update IDMA to match ID functionality to show all parts regardless of verification. Move a part to verified if a quantity is provided and show a green checkmark on the top left by the part number when a part is verified.

LA-1469

Enhancement: Added the option to Quick Add Work Order from the MobileTech screen. See Quick Add Work Order.

DS-22449

Issue: Barcode needed to be scanned twice for the system to search for the corresponding equipment. Probably due to the specific behavior of the physical scanner.

Solution: Added scanner detection logic to capture scanned information from the first try.
