Copying a Work Order Repair Reason Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

2. From the Service list, click the Work Orders link and select Reasons from the drop down list.

3. The Reasons screen will appear.

4. On the Reasons screen, click on a Code.
   The Reasons screen will appear.

5. On the Reasons screen, click on the Copy button.
   The Reasons screen will refresh allowing you to add additional information to the copied work order repair reason code before creating the new copy.

6. Once you have fill out all the desired fields click on the Save button to create the new work order repair reason code.
