Reactivating an Inactive Work Order Repair Reason Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

  2. From the Service list, click the Work Orders link and select Reasons from the drop down list.

  3. The Reasons screen will appear.

  4. On the Reasons screen, enter the inactive work order repair reason code in the Select Code field.

  5. Enter a work order repair reason Description.

  6. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

    Note:  
    You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive work order repair reason codes.

  7. Click on the Go >> link.
    The Reasons screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  8. Click on a Code.
    The Reasons screen will appear.

  9. On the Reasons screen, select the Active for System checkbox, indicated with a checkmark.

  10. Click the Save button.
    The Reasons screen will appear listing the selected work order repair reason code as active.
