Deactivating a Work Order Repair Reason Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

  2. From the Service list, click the Work Orders link and select Reasons from the drop down list.

  3. The Reasons screen will appear.

  4. On the Reasons screen, click on a Code.
    The Reasons screen will appear.

  5. On the Reasons screen, select the Active for System checkbox, removing the checkmark.

  6. Click the Save button to deactivate the work order repair reason code.
