Editing a Work Order Repair Reason Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.

  2. From the Service list, click the Work Orders link and select Reasons from the drop down list.

  3. The Reasons screen will appear.

  4. On the Reasons screen, click on a Code.
    The Reasons screen will appear.

  5. On the Reasons screen, you may edit any of the available fields within the selected work order repair reason code.

  6. Click the Save button to save any changes made to the work order repair reason code.

    Click the Save & Next button to save any changes made to the work order repair reason code and continue to the next work order repair reason code on the list.
