Reactivating an Inactive Ship Via Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Ship Via from the drop down list.

3. The Ship Via screen will appear.

4. On the Ship Via screen, enter an Inactive ship via Code.

5. Enter a branch Location.

6. Enter a ship via code Description.

7. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

   Note:  
   You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive ship via codes.

8. Click the Go >> link.
   The Ship Via screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

9. Click on a Code.
   The Ship Via screen will appear.

10. On the Ship Via screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

11. Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the ship via code within the system.
