Territories
The Territories screen allows you to edit or add a new territory code to the system. Territory codes are used on the Customer Profile.
To open the Territories screen, click a Code or the Need to create a new territory? Click here to add link on the Territories screen.
The fields on the Territories screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A three character alphanumeric code that represents the territory code within the system. |
| Description | A brief description of the territory code. |
| Search Location | The location associated with the territory, used when searching for a particular territory. |
| Active for System |
Controls whether the territory code is active for use within the system.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Territoriesscreen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Territories screen. |
| Copy | It creates a duplicate of the selected sTerritories, allowing you to edit the details before saving it as a new territory record |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added territory code and refreshes the Territories screen, allowing you to add another territory code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Territories screen by clicking the Need to create a new territory? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected territory code and scroll through to the next territory code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Territories screen by clicking on a Code. |
| Close | Closes the Territories screen without saving and returns to the Territories screen. |
