Volvo: Smart Commercial Account
Use the Volvo: Smart Commercial Account screen to set up the Dealer Number associated with each of your locations. You can use the Volvo Smart Commercial Account card on Parts Invoicing, Work Order and Rental invoices. Although you can access an invoice's A/R Agency tab prior to invoicing, there is no Authorize button because there is no authorization option with the Volvo credit card, nor is there a Save button, so any Promotion Code selection is not be saved.
To open this screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Volvo > Smart Commercial Account.
Use the arrow buttons to page through your locations, and enter a dealer number (from Volvo) into the field for each.
To use the Volvo: Smart Commercial Account feature, you must also set up a cash code for Volvo on the Cash Codes screen.
