Custom Screen Fields

To open the Custom Screen Fields tab, hover over the Administration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Settings> Custom Screens from the drop down list.

The Custom Screen Fields tab allows you to edit custom screen fields and values.

The following search fields appear on the Custom Screen Fields tab:

Field	Description
Division	Search for custom screen fields by company/division.
Field	Search for custom screen fields by field name.
Select Field Type	Search for custom screen fields by field type (e.g. character, numeric, date, check box, or All).

The following fields appear on the Custom Screen Fields tab:

Field	Description
Field	The name of the custom field.
Field Type	The type of custom field (e.g. character, numeric, date or check box).
Length/Format	The character length (the amount of characters that will fit within the field) on the field or the format of the data in the field.
Values	Whether the field has a defined list of values loaded.
Mandatory	Whether or not the field is a mandatory field.
Not Referenced	Whether or not the field has been referenced on a custom screen.

Click on the Is there a field missing from the list? Click here to add link to add a field to the list.

If you hover your cursor over the Field name, you will be presented with the following options:

• Edit Field to begin editing a field on the list.

• Edit Values to begin editing the values of a field on the list.

• Where Referenced to see where a field on the list has been used in IntelliDealer.
