System

To open the System screen, hover over the Administration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Settings> System from the drop down list.

The System screen allows you to configure various administration settings (text variables, and theme) for each branch location.

The following fields appear on the System screen:

Field	Description
Location	The branch location you want to configure the settings for.
Text Variables	Allows you to configure the email address from which all email alert messages will be sent through the Alert Management system (Alert Master Email Address), the Http address for your dealership's home page (Home Page Address), or the email address from which messages will be sent through IntelliDealer to the System Operator (WebMaster Email Address).
Image Variables	Allows you to configure the various image variables for your branch.
Theme	Allows you to select from various colour schemes for IntelliDealer's menu screens.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the System screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made to the System screen.
Restore	Sets previewed color changes back to the previously saved state.
