Unattended Billing Runs

Use the Unattended Billing Runs screen to change the date of a scheduled unattended billing run.

To open the Unattended Billing Runs screen, click a Date on the Unattended Billing Runs screen.

Fields on the Unattended Billing Runs screen are:

Field	Description
Billing Run Date	The date when the unattended billing run is scheduled to run.
Actual Run Date	The actual date used by the unattended billing run. This date is also used as the billing date for real-time parts invoicing and scheduled unattended general and rental billing when the job runs on the selected calendar day. See Billing Date in Real-time Billing System.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Unattended Billing Runs screen:

Button	Description
Save	Saves changes made to the scheduled unattended billing run.
Delete	Deletes the scheduled unattended billing run.
Close	Closes the Unattended Billing Runs screen without saving and returns to the Unattended Billing Runs screen.
