Unattended Billing Runs

The Unattended Billing Runs screen allows you to maintain unattended billing run dates. A calendar displays all Normal (calendar date = billing run date) and Abnormal (calendar date does not = billing run date) billing runs that have been scheduled to run unattended.

Before you can set up an unattended billing run you first need to active your billing runs to run within the Date Base Reorganization Run Options screen. You also need to create a Job Schedule entry on either the Work With Job Schedule Entries screen or the Scheduled Jobs screen (IntelliDealer). To open the Unattended Billing Runs screen, from anywhere within IntelliDealer navigate to Configuration > Utilities > Unattended Billing Runs.

The fields on the Unattended Billing Runs screen are:

Field	Description
Year	From the drop down list select a Year in which to schedule an unattended billing run or use the Previous and Next icon to scroll to a previous or future year.
Month	From the drop down list select a Month in which to schedule an unattended billing run or use the Previous and Next icon to scroll to a previous or future month.

Click on Day within the calendar to change the run date of a scheduled unattended billing run, schedule an unattended billing run for the selected date, or delete an unattended billing run.

Click on the Billing Recurrence link to create a new unattended billing run schedule.

Click Close to complete your work on the Unattended Billing Runs screen.
