Unattended Billing Runs
Use the Unattended Billing Runs screen to maintain unattended billing run dates. A calendar displays all Normal (calendar date = billing run date) and Abnormal (calendar date does not = billing run date) billing runs that have been scheduled to run unattended.
To open the Unattended Billing Runs screen, navigate to Configuration > Utilities > Unattended Billing Runs.
Billing runs must be enabled on the legacy Data Base Reorganize Run Options screen before you set up an unattended billing run. These settings are typically configured during implementation and are required for billing runs to process. You rarely need to change them. If billing runs are not processing as expected, contact VitalEdge Support.
Note: ASP (hosted) dealers cannot create job schedule entries in IntelliDealer; contact VitalEdge Support to set up or change the job schedule entry for unattended billing runs. Standalone (on-site) dealers use the Scheduled Jobs screen. See Creating a Job Schedule Entry for an Unattended Billing Run.
Fields on the Unattended Billing Runs screen are:

| Year | From the drop down list select a Year in which to schedule an unattended billing run. Click the Previous or Next icon to scroll to the next option or back to a previous option. |
| Month |
From the drop down list select a Month in which to schedule an unattended billing run. Click the Previous or Next icon to scroll to the next option or back to a previous option. |
Click a Day within the calendar to change the run date of a scheduled unattended billing run, schedule an unattended billing run for the selected date, or delete an unattended billing run.
Click the Billing Recurrence link to create a new unattended billing run schedule.
Click Close to close the Unattended Billing Runs screen.
