Komatsu - Retail Sales
To open the Komatsu Retail Sales tab, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Interfaces> Komatsu> Retail Sales from the drop down list.
The Komatsu Retail Sales tab allows you to configure the email addresses that transmission details will be sent to after retail sales data is sent to Komatsu.

Komatsu tab
The following fields appear on the Komatsu tab:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Dealer Number | The number the system uses to identify a specific dealer. |
| To Email | The email address that will receive the transmission details after each daily transmission. |
| Monthly To Email | The email address that will receive the transmission details once a month. |
| PDF User ID | The user listed here is who will receive a PDF record of any transmissions made through the interface. |
Vendors tab
Use the Vendors tab to configure the vendors IntelliDealer transfers dealer information to.
The fields appear on the Vendor tab are:
| Field | Description |

| Search | Enter various search terms into this field and select the Search button to search available vendors. |
| Vendor Number | Search for vendors by their registered Vendor number, as supplied by the Vendor. |
| Name | Search for vendors by their name. |
| Address | Search for vendors by their physical address. |
| Country | Search for vendors by their physical address. |
| Postal/Zip Code | Search for vendors by their postal code. |
| Status | Search for vendors by their activation status. You can specify filtering by Active, Deleted, or All vendors. |
The Assign Manufacturer button opens a list of configured vendors that you can select to be assigned as an active Vendor.
Dealer Numbers tab
Use the Dealer Numbers tab to assign a dealer number to each dealership location. These values must be obtained from the dealer. These dealer numbers identify which locations can access the vendor's interface. See also Dealer.
The fields on the Dealer Numbers tab are:

| Location | The dealer's location. |
| Dealer Number | The dealer's identification number. |
| Vendor Number | The vendor's number. |
| Manufacturer | The dealer's original equipment manufacturer (OEM). |
| Primary Dealer (Division) or (Location) |
Check which box applies to the dealer number. |
| Include Deactivated Vendors | Select this checkbox to include deactivated vendors in the search. |
Click Create to open a New window where a new Dealer entry can be made.
Transmit tab
The Transmit tab allows you to transmit Komatsu Parts or Retail Sales data to a dealer through their Dealer Number.
The following fields are displayed on the Transmit tab:

|---|---|
| Dealer Number | Enter the desired dealer number that receives the data transmit. |
| Transmit Retails Sales From/To | Select the date range for the transmissible data. |
The Transmit Parts Inventory button transmits parts data to the selected dealer.
The Transmit Retails Sales Sales button transmits sales data to the select dealer.
File History subtab
The File History tab located within the Transmit tab is used to review or Re-Transmit files that have been previously sent to a dealer.
A Start and End Date can be searched for that produces a transmission history of previous sent files.
The search results lists files in .xml format.
Only the .xml files are re-transmited when the Re-Transmit File button is pushed.
