Financial Transmit
Use the Bobcat Financial Transmit screen enables dealerships to easily and securely transmit financial transaction data to Bobcat via an FTP connection. This streamlined interface simplifies the process, ensuring efficient and accurate data transfer directly to Bobcat’s system.
To open the Financial Transmit screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Configuration > Interfaces > Bobcat > Financial Transmit
from the drop down list.

FTP
The fields on the FTP screen are:

| Server | The server address supplied by Bobcat for transmitting financial data. This is typically an FTP hostname or IP address. |
| User ID | Your Bobcat-assigned FTP username. |
| Password | Your Bobcat-assigned FTP password. This is displayed as masked characters. |
| Remote Directory | Bobcat’s designated directory where the system will upload the financial transmit file. |
| File Name | The system-generated name for the financial transmit file. |
| Protocol | Selects the method for the FTP connection. Options include Passive FTP, SFTP, or FTPES. |
| Save | Saves the configured FTP settings. |
Vendors
The fields on the Vendors screen are:

| Vendor Number | Filters the list by a specific Bobcat vendor number. |
| Name | Filters the list by the vendor's name. |
| Address | Filters the list by the vendor's street address. |

| Postal/Zip Code | Filters the list by the vendor's postal or zip code. |
| Status | Filters the list by the vendor's status. |
| Manufacturer | Filters the list by the manufacturer's name. |
| Reset | Clears the current search and filter criteria. |
| Search | Executes the search based on the entered criteria. |
Dealer Numbers
The fields on the FTP screen are:

| Division Primary Dealer | A checkbox to filter records where the dealer is marked as the primary dealer for the division. |
| Location Primary Dealer | A checkbox to filter records where the dealer is marked as the primary dealer for the location. |
| Include Deactivated Vendors | A checkbox to include any vendors that are currently marked as deactivated in the search results. |
| Reset | Clears the current search and filter criteria. |
| Search | Executes the search based on the entered criteria. |
