Krone Parts Locator
Use the Krone Parts Locator screen to configure the interface that transmits parts inventory data to Krone. The screen has four tabs: FTP, Vendors to Transmit, Vendors, and Dealer Numbers.
To open the Krone Parts Locator screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Krone > Parts Locator.
FTP
Use the FTP tab to define the FTP or SFTP connection that IntelliDealer uses to transmit parts inventory data to Krone.
On the FTP tab, these fields appear:

| Dealer Corporate Code | The corporate code that Krone assigns to the dealer. IntelliDealer uses this value in the nightly parts inventory transmission. |
| Server | The host name or IP address of the FTP or SFTP server where IntelliDealer uploads the parts inventory file. |
| User ID | The user name for authenticating to the server. |
| Password | The password for authenticating to the server. |
| Remote Directory | The path on the server where IntelliDealer uploads the parts inventory file. |
| Protocol |
The connection type: Passive (FTP in passive mode), SFTP, or FTPES (FTP over TLS/SSL). Select Passive when the server supports standard FTP and your network is behind a firewall or NAT. In passive mode, the user initiates the data connection to the server, which often works when active FTP does not. |
Vendors to Transmit
Use the Vendors to Transmit tab to maintain the list of vendors whose parts inventory is included in the nightly transmission to Krone.
The grid shows the vendor numbers that are configured to transmit.
Use the search bar to filter by vendor number.
Click Create to add a vendor to the list.
Only vendors that exist in the system and are assigned the Krone manufacturer can be added.
Vendors
Use the Vendors tab to search, view, and assign vendor profiles for the Krone manufacturer. The tab displays the same vendor profile listing that is available under Financial Management for vendors with manufacturer code Krone.
Use the Assign Manufacturer button to add additional vendors.
Dealer Numbers
Use the Dealer Numbers tab to view and manage dealer numbers for the Krone manufacturer. The tab displays the same dealer number listing that is available under Financial Management for vendors with manufacturer code Krone. Use the listing to search, add, and maintain dealer numbers that Krone assigns to your locations.
