VitalEngage Text: Opt-in Dashboard

Once you have configure branding details for an email message requesting consent from the customer on the Opt-in Form screen, use this screen to send the request for consent message to your customers in bulk. See also VitalEngage Text.
To access the VitalEngage Text Opt-in Dashboard screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > VitalEngage Text > Opt-in Dashboard.
Click the Send Bulk Emails button to start sending bulk consent emails. The system generates an Excel file of your customers (maximum 1000) which is used to send email consent requests. A scheduled job works through this list nightly sending out emails. You must click this button once a day until every customer receives a message.
