Parts Transfers and Lost Sales Update with Parts Sales Buckets

Transfers

Parts transfers (Terms code is T on the customer used) never update parts sales buckets or bin trips. They do appear on the parts history screen and on the sales analysis of the parts transfer.

Lost Sales

Parts logged as lost sales on a sales order can update parts sales buckets if the switch

LOST SALES UPDATES SALES QTY (BIN TRIPS ALWAYS UPDATED) in CMBR3 is set to Y.

If it is set to N, BIN TRIPS are updated but not the sales buckets. Lost sales do NOT appear on the parts history screen. They do appear on the sales analysis for the lost sale invoice.

Abnormal Sales - one time sales - An A under the Non-stock code, does not record as a bin trip or a sale.
