Quantity Change to Force a Price Refresh

If the new CMBR1 flag in Tables Maintenance indicates that a price refresh is allowed on a quantity change, and on the parts tab in each of the systems you must clear the price field on the corresponding line. Display only prices are not affected. Once save is pressed, the cleared prices will be refreshed.

If the new CMBR1 flag in Tables Maintenance indicates that the new level icon is to be shown then all parts listed on the parts tab will be checked for a customer pricing record. If so a new icon will be shown next to the price. The icon will show whether the price is input capable or display only.

A highlight of the new icon to indicate customer pricing:

When the icon is clicked the pricing window will display with current quantity price break highlighted.

Only discounts set up as Add to Net Amount will display in new pricing window

Discounts only are displayed if there a no Pricing By Quantity Break records.

A customer pricing record takes precedent over a discount code even if the discount code is a lesser price. There will never be a situation where the Quantity and Discountcode sections will be appear at the same time. The discount section will also not appear if you have no discount codes configured.

The expiry date is displayed so it can be used as a reference to the customer.

The Special Price indicator is not displayed because if one (or more) prices are found coded as Special Price, anything not coded as special price will not appear on the screen.

A Pricing Level will take precedent over a customer pricing record if it is a lower price unless the pricing record is coded as Special Price.
