Task History

The Task History screen can be accessed from the Task/Action tab by selecting the Click here to access task history link.

The Task History screen allows you to view a detailed history of the selected task, tracking the steps involved with the task.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Task History screen:

Field	Description
Date	The date the task history entry was created.
Time	The time the task history entry was created.
From	The ID of the user associated with the task history entry.
To	The ID of the participant receiving a step in the task.
Description	A brief description outlining the history entry.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Task History screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Task History screen returning to the Task/Action tab.
