Template Selection
Use the Template Selection screen to select a predefined task/action type previously set up in the Configuration Quick Links screen.
The Template Selection screen is accessed by clicking the Search 
icon next to the Template field on the Task/Action tab.
Search fields on the Template Selection screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Template | Search for a template by entering a template name. |
| Include | Choose one of: All, Work Flow, or No Work Flow. |
Fields on the Template Selection screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Task Template | The name of the task template. |
| Work Flow | Whether the task template has a work flow setup or no work flow setup. |
Click a Task Template to select the template to use within the task/action.
Click Close to close the Template Selection screen without selecting a task template and return to the Task/Action tab.
