Equipment Models
These codes identify valid make/model combinations and can include corresponding descriptions for use in a pop-up pick list. Equipment make codes added to the system appear on the Select Make screen and can be used as a valid make code throughout the Equipment module. If a value is entered in the Model field, then the equipment is considered a model. If the Model field is left blank then the equipment is considered a make.
The Select Make screen can be accessed by clicking on the Search
icon next to any searchable Make/Model field.
You can access the Equipment Model configuration by navigating to Configuration > Equipment > Profile > Equipment Models.
The sorting options on the Equipment Models screen are:

The search fields on the Equipment Models screen are:

| Select Description | Search for equipment models by entering a model description. |
| Include Inactive | If selected, includes inactive models within the search results. |
