Configuration: Parts Invoicing
Use the Parts Invoicing tab to set configuration details for parts invoices created through the IntelliDealer interface. The interface creates parts invoices for parts ordered through integrated vendor websites and e-commerce platforms.
The Parts Invoicing screen is found in Configuration > Interfaces > IntelliDealer > Parts Invoicing.
Fields on the Parts Invoicing tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Use Business Pricing | If selected, parts prices are retrieved from the parts master file using business pricing instead of using the prices provided in the order. If not selected, the prices from the order are used for the parts invoice. |
| Salesperson | The default salesperson that all part orders are attributed to when they are created using the vendor website or e-commerce platform associated with the interface. This field is required. |
| Use Mailing Address | If selected, the Ship To field in all parts invoices created by the interface uses the shipping address specified in the Customer Profile. If not selected, the shipping address from the order is used. |
| To Email | In the event that the interface cannot successfully create a parts invoice, it creates and sends a notification email to the email address specified in this field. This field is required. |
| From Email | All emails sent to the recipient specified in the To Email field are sent from this email address. This field is required. |
| Comments | Determines where comments from the vendor website or e-commerce platform appear on the parts invoice. Select Comments to display comments in the Comments section of the parts invoice, or select Memos to display comments in the Memos section of the parts invoice. |
| Print Picpak | If selected, a picpak is automatically created for each parts invoice generated by the interface. The picpak is sent to the printer specified in the Default Printer field. |
| Default Printer | The default printer used for printing picpaks when the Print Picpak checkbox is selected. This field is required if Print Picpak is enabled. |
