Parts Price Update Extract
Use the Parts Price Update Extract screen to create an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and a separate CSV file of selected Parts Profile fields to the server of your choice.
The screen transmits these field values from the file PARTMAST: Company, Division, Location, Part, Description, Net On Hand, Price.
To open the Parts Price Update Extract screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > IntelliDealer > Parts Price CSV.
The fields on the Parts Price Update Extract screen are:

| Server | Enter the SFTP server to transmit the Parts Profile CSV. |
| User ID | Enter your user ID. |
| Password | Enter your password. |
| Remote Directory | The directory where the field values are located. |
| Protocol | Select the protocol type. The FTP server you are using typically determines which protocol to use. Options are: Passive (similar to HTTP or HTTPS), SFTP (Recommended) (standard encryption for FTP), or FTPES (an alternative encryption type for FTP). |
