VitalEngage Text Conversation History
This feature is currently in beta.
Use the Conversation History screen to view all VitalEngage Text message conversations for a particular phone number.
To view the Conversation History, on the Alert Phone Number Configuration screen, hover the mouse over the desired number, and choose VitalEngage Text Conversation History from the menu.
The Conversation History screen opens
You can view the entire conversation with a particular number by clicking on it on the left side of the screen. Or use the search filter to find a conversation by name or number. The conversation history is displayed on the right side.
Click Change Selection to choose a different number to view.
