Volvo: Smart Commercial Account
Use the Volvo: Smart Commercial Account screen to map each dealership location to the Volvo dealer number used for the Smart Commercial Account interface. You must configure a location before IntelliDealer can associate Volvo Smart Commercial Account transactions with that location.
You can use the Volvo Smart Commercial Account card on Parts Invoicing, Work Order, and Rental invoices. Although you can access an invoice's A/R Agency tab prior to invoicing, there is no Authorize button because there is no authorization option with the Volvo credit card, nor is there a Save button, so any Promotion Code selection is not saved. After invoicing, use Authorization Maintenance: Billed Invoices to transmit the invoice to Volvo. See also A/R Agency - Volvo.
Prerequisites: To use the Volvo: Smart Commercial Account feature, you must also set up a cash code for Volvo on the Accounts Receivable - Cash Codes screen.
To open this screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Volvo > Smart Commercial Account.
The list columns are:

| Location | The dealership location. Inactive mappings are marked in the list. |
| Dealer Number | The Volvo dealer number for the location, as supplied by Volvo. Values are stored in uppercase (maximum 15 characters). |
To open a mapping for edit, click anywhere in that row.
To remove a mapping, click Delete in the edit window and confirm the deletion.
To add a mapping, click Create. The New modal opens.
Fields in the New and edit windows are:

| Location | The dealership location for this dealer number. Required. You can select the location only when you add a new mapping; you cannot change the location on an existing record. |
| Dealer Number | The Volvo dealer number for the selected location. Required. Enter up to 15 characters; the system stores the value in uppercase. |
