Safety Messages By Category Class

The Safety Messages by Category Class screen is accessed from the Configuration side-menu under the Rental tab.

The following fields appear on the Safety Messages by Category Class screen:

Field	Description
Category	The unit's category code. Use to catalog the unit into a hierarchy used for classification.
Class	The unit's class is used to further break down a units category code.
Subclass	The unit's subclass is used to further break down a units category and class codes.
Stock Number	The unit's stock number.
Message Number	The number used to identify the message.
Sequence Number	The number used to define at what point within a sequence that the safety message will be displayed on a unit.
Expiry Date	The expiry date on the unit.
Shown On	Determines where the messages will be displayed. Print: Selected safety message will appear on printed output. Screen: Selected safety message will appear on screen within IntelliDealer. Both: Selected safety message will appear both on screen and on printed output

The Create button will open a window where a new Safety Message by Category/Class/Subclass can be created

Use the search function or key in entries where needed.

The Save & Close button will save any entered data and close the window.

The Save & New button will save any entered data and open a new window for another entry.
