Rental Holidays

The Rental Holidays screen is found in the Configuration tab in the Rental submenu as Rental Holidays.

The Rental Holidays screen is used to code exception days on rental contracts where the daily rate should not apply.

The following fields are displayed on the Rental Holidays screen:

Field	Description
Location	The location for the rental holiday code.
Date	The date for the rental holiday code.
Description	A brief description of the rental holiday. Typically this field contains the specific day(s) the rental holiday code applies to.

The Create button will open the New window where a new Rental Holiday can be created.

The Save & Close will save the entry and close the window.

The Save & New will save the entry and open a new window for additional Rental Holidays to be created.

The Add Weekends button will open the Add Weekend popup:

The Saturdays, Sundays, and Weekends buttons will automatically select those specific days out of the selected date range.
