Rental Reason Codes

The Rental Reason Codes screen is accessed from the Configuration side-menu under the Rental tab.

The following fields appear on the Rental Reason Codes screen:

Field	Description
Code	The rental reason code.
Type	The type of rental reason (e.g. Rental Exchange, Rental Cancel, Rental Credit or Rate Override).
Description	A brief description of the rental reason code.

The Create button will open a new window where a new Rental Reason Code can be defined:

The Save & Close button will save any newly entered Rental Reason Codes

The Save & New button will save any newly entered Rental Reason Code and re-open the creation window for a new reason code.
