Configuring Margin Worksheet Manager Levels

By default, all users are given No Designation for the margin worksheet system. With No Designation users can only forward margin worksheets for review, assuming they have permission to access the equipment quoting system, set on the Authorization List For Product Support - Equipment Quoting screen.

1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Administration > Settings > User Profiles.

   The User Profiles screen appears.

   
   
   

2. In the User field enter the ID of the user you want to configure and click Go.

   The User Profiles screen refreshes displaying the selected user profile.

3. In the Margin Worksheet Location field, enter or select the location you want the selected manager level to apply to.

   For level 1 or 2 managers, you must set the location first. A location is not a required setting for level 3 managers.

4. In the Margin Worksheet Area field, select the desired margin worksheet manager level from the drop down list.

5. Click Save.
   
   The User Profiles screen refreshes indicating that the selected user profile has been updated.

Post-Requisite: For the selected manager level to take effect you must also configure the margin user levels for each margin worksheet manager on the Margin User Levels screen.
