Copying a Customer Portal Configuration

  1. Navigate to Administration > Settings > Utilities.

    The Utilities screen will appear.

  2. On the Utilities screen click on the Copy Customer Portal Configuration link.
    The Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen will appear.

  3. On the Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen, type in a From User.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon, the User Selection screen will appear.

  4. Click on a User.
    The Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen will appear with the selected user in the From User field.

  5. Type in a To User.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon, the User Selection screen will appear.

  6. Click on a User.
    The Copy Customer Portal Configuration screen will appear with the selected user in the From User field.

  7. Click the Save button, to copy the user portal configuration.
