Data Miner Repository Listing

Use the Data Miner Repository screen to view and download Data Miner queries that have been shared by other users, including users from other dealerships, into your IntelliDealer library.

Note:  If the user who uploaded the query did not select the Share contact information switch on the Upload Query to the Data Miner Repository screen, you will not be able to search for a query using the contact's name, or the Query Name.

The Data Miner Repository listing screen can be accessed from the Data Miner screen in Management Central by clicking the Download query from Data Miner Repository hyperlink.

Use the search bar to search for records by description, Company, or Contact. You can expand the search criteria by clicking the button you to search by Category and Query Name.

The information displayed on the Data Miner Repository screen is:

Field Description
Category The IntelliDealer module most closely related to the query, as specified by the user who originally uploaded the query using the Upload Query to the Data Miner Repository screen; either Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Care, Equipment, General Ledger, Parts, Rental, Service or Other.
Description A brief description of the query.
Date Uploaded

The date that the selected query was uploaded to the repository.
Times Downloaded The number of times that the selected query has been downloaded from the repository.

You can download the query file by click the button.

The Save as Query Name window appears:

Once a name for the query is entered click the Download button.

Click Close to close the window.
