Komatsu: New Parts System Parts Availability Walkthrough
Komatsu NPS Parts Availability allows you to look up details for a list of valid Komatsu part numbers.
Prerequisites: Ensure the initial NPS setup has been completed. See Komatsu NPS Setup.
Komatsu NPS Parts Availability can be accessed from Parts Profile by clicking the On Hand quantity and selecting Komatsu Availability, from Parts Ordering Details or Parts Invoice Details by clicking the On Hand quantity and selecting Komatsu Availability, or from the Parts Profile Search screen by clicking Parts Availability and selecting Komatsu Availability.
Komatsu NPS Parts Availablity is available from multiple locations within IntelliDealer:

from Parts Ordering Details or Parts Invoice Details, click the On Hand quantity and select Komatsu Availability.

from the Parts Profile search screen, click Parts Availability and select Komatsu Availability.

You can toggle Reman search options on and off, and set Interchangeability search options to one of these settings:
You can expand individual rows to view distributor availability, or expand all rows simultaneously by selecting Toggle Expansion in the grid menu.
Click on a part number to view a screen containing more details:
Depending on the available data, these different tabs may be available to view:

Distributors—displays any available distributor quantities for the part.

Remarks—displays any available parts remarks data.

Replacement Parts—displays any replacement parts or parts that the selected part is a replacement for.

Other Network Stock—displays other stocking options for the part.
