Voice Connect: Device List
The Voice Connect Device List screen displays all configured devices compatible with the Voice Connect extension.
Use the Update Device List button to check for any recently configured devices and add them to the device list.
Note: A weekly run is made on Sunday evenings to ensure this is done automatically.
The fields displayed on the Device List tab are:
| Field | Description |

| Device ID | The 'physical' ID of the device. This is either be the device's MAC address or another identifier that involves the actual hardware of the device itself. |
| Description | A brief description of the device, such as desk phone, mobile phone, etc. |
| Department | Which department is associated with the device. For example, Management, IT, etc. |
| First Name | The first name of user associated with the device. |
| Last Name | The last name of the user associated with the device. |
