Claas: Parts Inventory Transmit
Use the Claas: Parts Inventory Transmit screen to configure transmission of parts inventory from IntelliDealer to Claas. The interface builds a CSV file of eligible parts and uploads it to the configured FTP server so Claas can display dealer parts availability in PartsFinder.
To open this screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Claas > Parts Inventory Transmit.
Note: This interface is separate from Claas Parts Inventory Manager, which handles replenishment files and automated parts ordering.

Main Tab
The Main tab controls whether the migrated transmit process is active and lets you run a manual transmit.

| Use New Transmit | When selected, enables the migrated IntelliDealer transmit process for this interface. The Claas Parts Inventory Transmit nightly job runs when this option is selected. When not selected, the legacy OEM transmit process is used. Click Save after changing this setting. |
When Use New Transmit is selected, the Transmit button is available. Click Transmit on the Main tab to run the parts inventory transmit immediately.
FTP Tab
The FTP tab allows you to configure the FTP server that the interface uses to transmit data.
The fields on the FTP tab are:

| Server | The name of the FTP server that the interface will use. |
| User Id | The user ID that the interface will use to access the FTP server. |
| Password | The password that the interface will use to access the FTP server. |
| Remote Directory | The directory on the FTP server that files from the dealership will be sent to. |
| File Name | The name of the file being sent to the FTP server. |
| Protocol | The protocol to use when the accessing the FTP server. |
Click Save to save your changes.
Vendors Tab
Use the Vendors tab to identify your vendor number(s). To access a Vendor Profile, click on a Vendor name or number.
The transmit includes parts assigned to vendors with manufacturer code CL (Claas).
Dealer Numbers Tab
Use the Dealer Numbers tab to assign a dealer number to each dealership location. These values must be obtained from the dealer. These dealer numbers identify which locations can access the vendor's interface.

Only dealer numbers with a description of partsfinder are included in the parts inventory transmit.
How Parts Inventory Transmit is Processed
When Use New Transmit is selected on the Main tab, the Claas Parts Inventory Transmit nightly job runs each night at 8:00 PM and uploads a single CSV inventory file to the FTP server configured on the FTP Tab tab. You can also click Transmit on the Main tab to run the transmit on demand.
When Use New Transmit is not selected, the system uses the legacy OEM transmit process.
For each Claas dealer number configured on the Dealer Numbers Tab tab with a description of partsfinder, the transmit includes active parts assigned to Claas vendors at that location with net on-hand quantity greater than zero. The CSV file uses the remote file name configured on the FTP tab (default claas.csv).
