Tom Rowe: Main
Use the Tom Rowe - Main tab to set general configuration details for the Tom Roweinterface.
To open the Tom Rowe - Main tab, from anywhere within IntelliDealer navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Equipment > Tom Rowe.
Delete Action indicates the action to take once a piece of equipment has been sold on the Tom Rowe website. Options are:
- Delete—the equipment is deleted from the Tom Rowe website once it has been sold.
- Sold—the equipment is marked as sold and remains on the Tom Rowe website.
The fields on this tab are:

| The email address that the vendor can use to send confirmation emails regarding the equipment listing. | |
| File Name | The name of the file being sent from the vendor to the email address specified in the Email field. |
| External Business System URL | The dealership website that the vendor can use to access and display equipment multimedia files. |
| Company Name | The dealership's name. |
| Address | The dealership's address. |
| Zip/ Postal Code | The dealership's zip code or postal code. |
| Dealer Number | The unique number used to identify the dealership in the Tom Rowe system. |
Click Save to save your settings.
