Location Transfers: Listing
The Location Transfers screen lists each Location Transfer record configured for your dealership. Location Transfer records contain the settings used when transferring stock between locations.
To open the Location Transfers screen, hover over the link and select Configuration > Parts > General > Location Transfers from the drop down list.
Note: Only VitalEdge support staff may create or edit a Location Transfer record. If you would like to create or edit a record, contact your system administrator.
The fields on the Location Transfers screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Receiving Store | The location from which the transfer request/ PO was created, which will receive the parts. |
Vendor |
The vendor number associated to the Sending Store (as specified at the Receiving Store.) Note: This number must be associated to a vendor profile in IntelliDealer at the Receiving Store. |
Sending Store | The location that will receive the transfer request/ order, and which will send the parts. |
To edit a Location Transfer record, select the desired Receiving Store. The Location Transfers screen appears.
To create a new Location Transfer record, click the Need to create a new Location Transfer? Click here to add link.
Click Close to complete your work on the Location Transfers screen.
