Fleet Summary
To open the Fleet Summary tab, click the Supervisor link on the Rental list of the Product Support Quick Links screen.
Use the Fleet Summary tab to display the total number of units within your rental fleet by Classification, Group, Aging, and Hours.
Search fields on the Fleet Summary tab are:

| Select Location | Search for rental fleet by entering a location. |
| Select Category | Search for rental fleet by entering a category. |
| Select Class | Search for rental fleet by entering a class. |
| Select Subclass | Search for rental fleet by entering a subclass. |
Fields in the Classification section of the Fleet Summary tab are:

| Category | The fleet category code. |
| Class | The fleet class code. |
| Subclass | The fleet subclass code. |
| Units Available | The number of rental units currently available to rent within the corresponding fleet category, class, and subclass. |
| Total Units | The total number of rental units that fall under the fleet category, class, and subclass. |
| Average Age in Months | The average age (in months) of the units within the corresponding fleet category, class, and subclass. |
Click the Units Available field to open the Rental Availability screen to view the units that are currently available as of the current date for the selected classification.
Click a Total Units field to open the Rental Availability screen to view the units for the selected classification.
Fields in the By Group section of the Fleet Summary tab are:

| Group | The name of the fleet group which categorizes the rental units. |
| Units Available | The number of rental units currently available to rent within the corresponding group. |
| Total Units | The total number of rental units that fall under the fleet group. |
Click the Units Available field to open the Rental Availability screen to view the units that are currently available as of the current date for the selected classification.
Click a Total Units to open the Rental Availability screen to view the units for the selected classification.
Fields in the Aging section of the Fleet Summary tab are:

| Months Old | Categorizes the rental units in the fleet by how old the unit is in months. |
| Units Available | The number of rental units currently available to rent within the corresponding aging period. |
| Total Units | The total number of rental units that fall under the aging period. |
Fields in the By Hours section of the Fleet Summary tab are:

| Hours | Categorizes the rental units in the fleet by how many hours are currently on the hour meter of the unit. |
| Units Available | The number of rental units currently available to rent within the corresponding hours range. |
| Total Units | The total number of rental units that fall under the hours range. |
Click the Units Available column total to open the Rental Availability screen to view all units that are currently available as of the current date.
Click the Total Units column total to open the Rental Availability screen to view all units.
Click the View 
icon to drill down into the Rental Availability screen.
