Off Rent & Not Returned

To open the Off Rent & Not Returned tab, click the Supervisor link on the Rental list of the Product Support Quick Links screen.

The Off Rent & Not Returned tab displays a list of rental units that are off rent but have not yet been physically returned to the dealership.

The following search field appears on the Off Rent & Not Returned tab:

Field	Description
Select Location	Search for an off rent unit not yet returned by entering a branch location or multiple locations.

The following fields appear on the Off Rent & Not Returned tab:

Field	Description
Contract	The rental contract number.
Customer/User	The name of the customer on the rental contract. The user who changed the rental contract Rental Options to Off Rent from on the Return Summary screen.
Stock Number	The rental unit's stock number.
Description	A brief description of the rental unit.
Location	The branch location where the rental contract was generated.
Off-Rent	The date the rental unit was recorded as Off Rent status.
Ship to/Job Site	The customer's ship to address or job site address.

Click on a Contract to open the Rental Counter tab.

Click on a Customer to open the Customer Profile screen.

Click on a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.

Click on the Globe icon to open Google Maps for a map to the ship to/job site address.
