Off Rent & Not Returned
To open the Off Rent & Not Returned tab, click the Supervisor link on the Rental list of the Product Support Quick Links screen.
Use the Off Rent & Not Returned tab to display a list of rental units that are off rent but have not yet been physically returned to the dealership.
Search fields on the Off Rent & Not Returned tab are:

| Select Location | Search for an off rent unit not yet returned by entering a location or multiple locations. |
Fields on the Off Rent & Not Returned tab are:

| Contract | The rental contract number. |
| Customer/User |
The name of the customer on the rental contract. The user who changed the rental contract Rental Options to Off Rent from the Return Summary screen. |
| Stock Number | The rental unit's stock number. |
| Description | A brief description of the rental unit. |
| Location | The location where the rental contract was generated. |
| Off-Rent | The date the rental unit was recorded as Off Rent status. |
| Ship to/Job Site | The customer's ship to address or job site address. |
Click a Contract to open the Rental Counter tab.
Click a Customer to open the Customer Profile screen.
Click a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.
Click the Globe 
icon to open Google Maps for a map to the ship to/job site address.
