Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE

To open the Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE screens, click a Vendor or Sale Account or the Need to create a new PMMANAGE record? Click here to add link on the JD PMMANAGE screen.

The Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE screens allows you to add a new PMMANAGE record or edit an existing record.

The following fields appear on the Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE screens:

Field Description
Location Indicates the branch location where the record is configured for transmitting PMMANAGE parts information to Deere.
Part Management Vendor or Sale Account

The Vendor or Sale account number included in the PMMANAGE transaction to Deere.

Note:  The value entered on the Parts MGMT Report by Account or Vendor (A or V ) security switch on the COTAB table will determine whether or not sales accounts or vendors need to be setup on the JD PMMANAGE screen.

Note:  When manually entering a sale account number use only the first 5 digits of the account number. The field will allow up to 6 characters but the sixth character is designed for use when entering a vendor.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE screens:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made on the Add/Change JD PMMANAGE screen.
Copy

Creates a copy of the PMMANAGE record.

Note:  This button appears only by accessing the Change JD PMMANAGE screen by clicking on a Vendor or Sale Account.
Save & New

Saves a newly added PMMANAGE record and refreshes the Add JD PMMANAGE screen, allowing you to add another PMMANAGE record without closing the screen.

Save & Next

Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected PMMANAGE record and scroll through to the next PMMANAGE record in the list to apply any edits/changes.

Note:  This button appears only by accessing the Change JD PMMANAGE screen by clicking on a Vendor or Sale Account.
Close Closes the Add  JD PMMANAGE or the Change JD PMMANAGE screen and returns to the JD PMMANAGE screen.
