Add JD PMMANAGE / Change JD PMMANAGE
Use the JD PMMANAGE screen to send PMMANAGE information for parts to Deere. This screen controls the transmission of PMMANAGE data and determines which sale accounts are assigned as John Deere. PMMANAGE should be used for John Deere parts management only.
To open the JD PMMANAGE screen, from anywhere within IntelliDealer navigate to Configuration > Parts > General > JD PMMANAGE .
Screen Description
The fields appear on the Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE screens are:

| Location | Indicates the branch location where the record is configured for transmitting PMMANAGE parts information to Deere. |
| Part Management Vendor or Sale Account |
The Vendor or Sale account number included in the PMMANAGE transaction to Deere. The value entered on the Parts MGMT Report by Account or Vendor (A or V ) security switch on the COTAB table will determine whether or not sales accounts or vendors need to be setup on the JD PMMANAGE screen. When manually entering a sale account number use only the first 5 digits of the account number. The field will allow up to 6 characters but the sixth character is designed for use when entering a vendor. |
The buttons completes work on the Add JD PMMANAGE/Change JD PMMANAGE screens are:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Add/Change JD PMMANAGE screen. |
| Copy |
Creates a copy of the PMMANAGE record. This button appears only by accessing the Change JD PMMANAGE screen by clicking on a Vendor or Sale Account. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added PMMANAGE record and refreshes the Add JD PMMANAGE screen, allowing you to add another PMMANAGE record without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Add JD PMMANAGE screen by clicking the Need to create a new PMMANAGE record? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected PMMANAGE record and scroll through to the next PMMANAGE record in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Change JD PMMANAGE screen by clicking on a Vendor or Sale Account. |
| Close | Closes the Add JD PMMANAGE or the Change JD PMMANAGE screen and returns to the JD PMMANAGE screen. |
