Journal Totals

The Journal Totals screen displays the current credits and current debits for the displayed general ledger journal entry.

The Journal Totals screen can be accessed from the General Ledger Posting screen by clicking on the Totals button.

Note: To save and close out of the journal, the totals window must show zero for the journal total.

The fields on the Journal Totals screen are:

Field	Description
Credits	The total amount of credits on the selected journal.
Debits	The total amount of debits on the selected journal.

Click Close to return to the General Ledger Posting screen.
