Memos

The Memos screen allows you to view memos attached to a journal entry when accessed through the Journal Details - Details screen or add a memo to a journal entry when accessed through the General Ledger Posting screen.

The Memos screen can be accessed from either the Journal Details - Details screen or the General Ledger Posting screen by clicking on the Memos button.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Memos screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made on the Memos screen.
Close	Closes the Memos screen and returns to the previousscreen.
