Configuration: County Codes

Use the County Codes screen to add or edit a county codes. Configured county codes are used as valid codes throughout the Customer Profile. Click the Search icon next to the Countyfield anywhere in system to access the County Codes screen

To open the County Codes screen, click the County link on the Classification screen.

Adding a County Code

  1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Configuration > CRM > Profile > Classifications.

  2. Click the County link.

  3. Click Need to add a county? Click here to add link.

    County Codes

  4. Fill in the fields, referring to the table below.

  5. Click the Save button to save the new county code and return to the County Codes screen.
    - or -
    Click the Save & New button to save the new county code.
    The County Codes screen refreshes, allowing you to add another type code without closing the screen.

Copying a County Code

  1. On the County Codes screen, search for County code by entering criteria in available fields and click Go >>.

  2. Click the Copy button.

  3. Click the Save button to save the new copy of the County code.

Screen Description

The sorting options on the County Codes screen are:

Sort by
Field Description
Code Sort the search results by county code.
Country /Prov /State Sort the search results by country /province /state code.
Description Sort the search results by county code description.

The search fields on the County Codes screen are:

Field Description
Select Code Search for a county code by entering a county code.
Select Country /Prov /State Search for a county code by entering either a country/ province /state code.
Select Description Search for a county code by entering a county code description.

The fields on the County Codes screen are:

Field Description
Code The code representing the county where the customer is located.
Country The country where the corresponding county is located.
Province /State The province or state where the corresponding county is located.
Description A brief description of the county code.
