Configuration: Lot Codes

Use the Lot Codes screen to edit or add lot codes. Configured lot codes can be used throughout the Customer Profile.

To open the Lot Codes screen, click the Lot link on the Classification screen.

Adding a Lot Code

1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Configuration > CRM > Profile > Classifications.

   The Classifications screen appears.

   

2. Click the Lot link.

   The Lot Codes screen appears.

   

3. Click Need to add a lot? Click here to add..

   The Lot Codes screen appears.

   

4. Fill in the fields, referring to the table below.

5. Click the Save button to save changes made to the lot code.
   - or -
   Click the Save & Next button to save any changes made to the lot code and continue to the next lot code on the list.

Copying a Lot Code

1. Search for Lot Codes by entering criteria in available fields and click the Go >>.
   

   Matching Lot Codes are displayed.

   

2. Click on the Copy button.

   The fields populate with the existing Lot Codes data, ready for editing.

   

3. Click the Save button to save the new copy of the Lot code.

Screen Description

The sorting options on the Lot Codes screen are:

Sort by
Field	Description
Code	Sort the search results by lot code.
Description	Sort the search results by lot code description.

The search fields on the Lot Codes screen are:

Field	Description
Select Lot	Search for a lot code by entering a lot code.
Select Description	Search for a lot code by entering a lot code description.

The fields on the Lot Codes screen are:

Field	Description
Lot Codes	The customer's lot number.
Description	A brief description of the lot code.
