Kubota IKQ: Dealer Numbers
Note: This is an interface developed by VitalEdge for the IntelliDealer business system. VitalEdge is provided credential information and relevant data from the OEM to create and support this interface between IntelliDealer and application/systems provided by the OEM. The Dealer Numbers tab lists a dealership's Vendor Profile by Vendor Number.
To open the Dealer Numbers tab, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Kubota > IKQ > Dealer Numbers.
You can search for Vendor Profiles by Dealer Number, Vendor Number, and Description.
The results fields on the Dealer Numbers screen are:

|---|---|
| Dealer Number | The dealer's identification number. |
| Vendor Number | The vendor number. |
| Location | The business location for the vendor. |
| Description | A brief description of the vendor. |
| Manufacturer | The OEM on the vendor profile. |
| Primary Dealer Number | The dealer number if it is assigned as the primary dealership and is different from the default dealer number. |
To create a new dealer/vendor entry, click Create.
