Kubota IKQ: Vendors

Note:  This is an interface developed by VitalEdge for the IntelliDealer business system. VitalEdge is provided credential information and relevant data from the OEM to create and support this interface between IntelliDealer and application/systems provided by the OEM. Technical details within this document pertain ONLY to VitalEdge' side of this integration. Use the Vendors tab to search and review different vendors configured for the interface.

To open the Vendors tab, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Kubota > IKQ and select the Vendors tab.

The search fields on the Vendors tab are:

Field	Description
Search	Enter general search terms to find available vendor listings.
Address	Search for vendors by address.
Status	Search for vendors by their status in the system.
Vendor Number	Search for vendors by their respective vendor number.
Country	Search for vendors by country.
Manufacturer	This field displays the OEM tied to the current interface.
Name	Search for vendors by name.
Postal/Zip Code	Search for vendors by Post or Zip code.

Displayed results appear in a list and sorted by Vendor Number, Vendor Name, Vendor Address, and Phone Number.

Click the Assign Manufacturer button to open a new search window where you can add a new Vendor Profile to the Vendor list. The window can also be used to Create a new Vendor Profile if required.
